Definition: Tapas Acupressure Technique is a modified acupuncture technique using specific acupressure points on the face and neck in combination with meditative practices. It is a combination of placing your attention on a set of statements and touching a few specific acupuncture points on your face and at the back of your head.

TAT activates what Traditional Chinese medical theory describes as special acupoints, or acupressure points, that lie along meridians, or channels, in your body.
